Terms of Service: case.global and CASE Q

Effective date: October 9, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of our public website at https://case.global and of CASE Q, the in-house social media scheduling tool at https://q.case.global that our staff use for our clients. Section 3 covers the website. The rest of these Terms cover CASE Q. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy: https://case.global/privacy-policy.

1. Who we are

The case.global website and CASE Q are operated by CASE CREATIVE CONSULTANTS L.L.C, a limited liability company licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (commercial licence no. 1574265). CASE Global is our brand. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean CASE CREATIVE CONSULTANTS L.L.C.

Address: Office No. B-46, Business Bay, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Parcel ID 346-475)

Email: lee@caseglobalhq.com

"Client" means a business or creator that has a client agreement with us. "Staff" means the authorised CASE CREATIVE CONSULTANTS L.L.C staff who sign in to CASE Q. "You" means the client and, where relevant, our staff.

2. Accepting these Terms

By using the case.global website, you agree to Section 3 of these Terms. By connecting a social account to CASE Q, or by asking us to publish content through CASE Q, the client agrees to these Terms. Whoever authorises a connection on behalf of a client confirms that they are authorised to do so. If you do not agree, do not connect any account to CASE Q.

If these Terms conflict with a client's written client agreement with us, the client agreement applies.

3. Using the case.global website

The case.global website is built with Hostinger Website Builder and hosted by Hostinger. It gives general information about our company and services.

The website content is for information only and is not an offer or advice. We may change or remove it at any time.

The website's text, images, logos and design belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the website, but you may not copy, republish or sell its content without our written permission.

You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security, overload it, or scrape it with automated tools.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We provide the website "as is" and do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

How we handle data on the website, including cookies, is explained in Part 1 of our Privacy Policy: https://case.global/privacy-policy.

4. What CASE Q is

CASE Q is an in-house tool that our staff use to provide the services in a client's client agreement. Our staff use it to schedule and publish posts the client has approved to the client's own social accounts.

CASE Q is not a software-as-a-service product and is not offered to the public. There is no public signup.

Access to CASE Q is limited to authorised CASE CREATIVE CONSULTANTS L.L.C staff. Clients do not log in to CASE Q.

Clients send us content by uploading it to shared folders in our Google Drive, or as agreed in the client agreement. Clients never connect their own Google Drive to CASE Q.

CASE Q connects to social networks only through their official APIs and sign-in processes. It does not use scraping or unofficial automation.

5. Connecting social accounts

The client authorises each social account itself. Our staff start the connection in CASE Q, and the account holder signs in on the network's own consent screen and approves the permissions CASE Q asks for. CASE Q never sees or stores the account holder's social media password.

For Bluesky, the account holder creates an app password in Bluesky's settings and gives it to us for CASE Q. For Telegram, the client adds the CASE Q bot to its chat or channel.

The person authorising a connection must be 18 or older.

Tell us straight away at lee@caseglobalhq.com if you think someone has accessed a connected account without permission.

6. YouTube and Google

CASE Q uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account to CASE Q, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can revoke CASE Q's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. Other networks' terms

8. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for the accounts it connects and the content it approves. The client confirms that:

It owns, or is authorised to manage, every account it connects to CASE Q.

It owns or has all necessary rights and permissions for the content it uploads or approves, including text, images, video, music, trademarks and the likeness of anyone shown.

It approves each post, including any media it places in a shared folder for scheduled posting, before we publish it, and checks the account, content and settings.

Its content is lawful and follows each network's rules.

It follows all advertising, endorsement, sponsorship and branded-content disclosure rules that apply to it, and uses each network's own disclosure tools where required. For example, on TikTok the creator must set the commercial content disclosure (such as "Your brand" or "Branded content") correctly for each post, and on Instagram and Threads branded content must be labelled using Meta's tools where required.

It keeps its own social account credentials secure and tells us promptly if an account is compromised.

We may review, pause or decline to publish any post that we reasonably believe breaks the law, these Terms or a network's rules. We are not required to monitor content, and doing so does not make us responsible for it.

9. AI-assisted drafting (Engage)

CASE Q's Engage feature uses OpenAI's API to draft suggested comments on X, based only on the text of public X posts and the tone and audience tags set for the client's account. How this data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy: https://case.global/privacy-policy.

Engage drafts are suggestions only. CASE Q never posts Engage comments. Our staff review each draft, and post any approved reply themselves on X.

AI drafts can be inaccurate, inappropriate or similar to other content. Our staff check and edit each draft before posting it. Engage is used only where the client has asked for it, and the client is responsible for replies posted on its behalf as for any other post.

Engage must be used only in ways X's rules allow, including X's rules on replies, mentions and AI-generated content. We may limit or switch off Engage at any time, for example to follow X's requirements.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use CASE Q, or ask us to use it, to:

Send spam, or publish identical or near-identical content across accounts in a way a network prohibits

Send unsolicited automated replies, mentions or messages, or carry out automated following, liking or other engagement

Get around a network's rate limits, posting limits, reviews or security measures

Publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, harassing, hateful or harmful

Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent who is behind an account

Connect accounts you are not authorised to manage, or access data you are not entitled to see

Interfere with, overload, probe or reverse engineer CASE Q, except as the law allows

11. Network availability

CASE Q depends on third-party networks, their APIs, their app approvals and their limits, all of which can change at any time and are outside our control. As a result:

Features available for each network may change, be limited or stop working.

We do not guarantee that any post will be published, or published at a particular time.

A network may reject, delay, remove or restrict a post or an account.

Connections can expire, and you may need to reconnect an account.

We may pause publishing to any network or account, for example to respond to a network's requirements, an error, a security concern or a possible breach of these Terms.

Always check important posts on the network itself after publishing.

12. Intellectual property

CASE Q, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. We do not give you any rights in CASE Q other than the benefit of it under these Terms while the client engagement lasts.

The client keeps ownership of its content. The client gives us permission to store, copy, format and transmit its content only as needed to schedule and publish it to the client's connected accounts and to provide CASE Q.

13. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to provide or use CASE Q, unless the information is already public or disclosure is required by law. Any confidentiality terms in the client agreement also apply.

14. Fees

We do not charge any fees through CASE Q. Any fees for our services, including services that use CASE Q, are set out in the client agreement.

15. Disclaimers

CASE Q is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that CASE Q will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose, or that any network will accept or keep any post. We are not responsible for the acts, decisions or outages of any network, including account suspensions, content removals or changes to their APIs.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, followers, reach or data, arising from CASE Q.

We are not liable for any loss caused by a network's acts, decisions, outages or API changes, or by content the client approved.

Our total liability arising from CASE Q is subject to any limits in the client agreement. If the client agreement sets no limit, our total liability is limited to the fees the client paid us under the client agreement in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

17. Indemnity

The client will compensate us for any claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from content the client approved or uploaded, accounts the client connected, or the client's breach of these Terms or a network's terms, except to the extent caused by our own breach or wilful misconduct.

18. Suspension and termination

We may disconnect an account or pause publishing at any time if the client breaks these Terms or a network's rules, if there is a security risk, if a network requires it, or if the client relationship ends. A client can ask us to disconnect an account or stop publishing at any time.

When an account is disconnected, CASE Q cancels any queued posts for that account, revokes its tokens with the network (for X, YouTube, Instagram, Threads and TikTok), deletes the stored tokens or credentials, stops posting to any disconnected Telegram chat or channel, and we delete related data within the timelines in the Privacy Policy: https://case.global/privacy-policy. When we receive a written request or the client engagement ends, our staff delete the client's data from CASE Q within 30 days. Posts already published stay on the network until the client deletes them there.

Sections 8, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17 and 20 continue after the client engagement ends.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and tell clients about significant changes. If you keep using CASE Q after the new Terms take effect, you accept them.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, the case.global website or CASE Q, unless the client agreement says otherwise.
